LODEH CAMPUR

Material :

750 ml coconut mink from 1 item coconut

5 item under squeezing, cuts

3 garlic fang, cuts

3 big red chilli, cuts

2 big green chilli, cuts

2 greeting leaf sheet

2 cm alpine galanga, contuses

2 teaspon salt

1/2 teaspon powder of peppercorn

1 teaspon sand sugar

2 purple eggplant, dice cut

10 string bean, cuts

8 young puteri/corn, cuts to pieces

50 young melinjo leaf grams, mows

10 fries tofu

250 ml viscid coconut mink out of 1/2 item coconut

Way Of Making :

1. Braises coconut mink with shallot, garlic, red chilli, green chilli, greeting leaf, and alpine galanga.

2. After boiling, salt input, peppercorn, sugar, eggplant, gourd siam, string bean, and female. Finite ripe of matured vegetable.

3. Enters viscid coconut mink, knew frying, and leaf melinjo, ripe just, lifts.

Bahan :

750 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa

5 butir bawah merah, iris

3 siung bawang putih, iris

3 buah cabai merah besar, iris

2 buah cabai hijau besar, iris

2 lembar daun salam

2 cm lengkuas, memarkan

2 sdt garam

1/2 sdt merica bubuk

1 sdt gula pasir

2 buah terong ungu, potong dadu

10 lonjor kacang panjang, iris

8 buah puteri/jagung muda, potong-potong

50 gram daun melinjo muda, siangi

10 buah tahu goreng

250 ml santan kental dari 1/2 butir kelapa

Cara Membuat :

  1. Rebus santan bersama bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah, cabai hijau, daun salam, dan lengkuas.
  2. Setelah mendidih, masukan garam, merica, gula, terong, labu siam, kacang panjang, dan puteri. Masak hingga sayuran matang.
  3. Masukkan santan kental, tahu goreng, dan daun melinjo, masak sebentar, angkat.
  4. Sajikan hangat
