BAWAL PANDAN BAHARI

Ingredients:

2 tail ( more or less 700 gr) white stromateus fish

2 mini lemonade, takes its the water

salt sufficiently

cooking oil sufficiently

3 orange leaf sheet purut,

2 fragrant screw pine leaf sheet, cuts 2 cm

Way of making:

BAWAL PANDAN BAHARI
 
Bahan:
2 ekor (kurang lebih 700 gr) ikan bawal putih
2 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
garam secukupnya
minyak goreng secukupnya
3 lembar daun jeruk purut, iris halus
2 lembar daun pandan wangi, iris 2 cm
2 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya saja, iris halus
2 gelas santan encer
 
Bumbu dihaluskan:
8 buah cabai merah, buang isinya
4 biji kemiri
8 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 ruas jari kunyit
garam secukupnya
 
Cara membuat:

  1. Bersihkan ikan, gurat-gurat, lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam. 
  2. Biarkan hingga meresap sekiar 15 menit.
  3. Panaskan minya, goreng ikan sampai matang kecokelatan. Angkat dan tiriskan.
  4. Panaskan 4 sdm minyak goreng. Tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan, daun 
  5. jeruk purut, pandan dan serai sampai harum baunya.
  6. Tuangi santan, masukkan garam, aduk dan masak sampai mendidih dan agak 
  7. kental.
  8. Kemudian masukkan ikan yang telah digoreng, masak sebentar sampai santan 
  9. agak berminyak, angkat dan hidangkan.
